Is a thin man's wearing many layers of clothing to appear well-built considered unlawful (haram) or a sign of discontent with God's decree?

There is no blame upon a person for wearing permissible clothing that they deem more beautiful and complete, and there is no contradiction in that with contentment with divine decree. However, if their action results in deceiving someone, they may be sinful.
