Wearing tight-fitting clothing, if it is thick, is [religiously] disliked (makrooh tanzeehan) but not forbidden (). This is the view of the majority of scholars, as long as it conceals the color of the skin. However, its description of the skin's volume does not prevent the prayer from being valid.
