Is it permissible to give one's work account to another person to work from it in exchange for a portion of the wage, if the condition of the work is that the account holder is the one who performs the work?

If you agreed to the employer's condition that you personally work from the account designated for work, then you are obliged to adhere to it. It is not permissible for you to give it to someone else to work for you, whether for free or for a fee, because Allah Almighty says: "O you who have believed, fulfill [all] contracts," and because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions."
