Does Allah Almighty approve of 50% of one's money being given in charity weekly, or is that considered extravagance? And is it better to continue doing so, or to save the money for Hajj? And which of the two is more beloved to Allah?

Charity (Sadaqah) has immense virtues and its rewards are multiplied, especially if given secretly, during times of need like Ramadan, and to relatives. However, it is best given after covering one's basic needs, and you should retain enough to suffice you for marriage, maintaining chastity, Hajj, and Umrah. This is better for you than spending all your money in charity.
