The question

Is it permissible to make up the Dhuhr and Asr prayers along with the Maghrib and Isha prayers for a working woman whose shift ends after Isha, and who cannot find a place to pray in a mixed-gender workplace permeated by racism, knowing that she has abandoned prayer for a long time and does not wear the hijab?

The answer

A woman must observe prayer at its appointed time. Abandoning prayer is one of the gravest sins, and Allah has promised woe and severe torment to those who are negligent in it. It is not permissible to combine prayers or abandon them due to work, for the entire earth is a mosque, and one can pray in any clean place. She must wear the legal hijab, and displaying her adornments (tabarruj) is forbidden. The questioner should strive to invite her [to Allah] while being cautious of being alone with her (khalwa).
