Is it permissible to combine the Dhuhr and Asr prayers daily and perform them at home due to the unavailability of a prayer area for women at work?

Prayer is a pillar of the religion, and it has known times. A believer prioritizes the command of Allah the Almighty above all else. Islamic law considers people's needs, and it includes both obligations ( عزائم) and concessions (رخص). It is obligatory for a Muslim to observe prayers at their prescribed times, and it is not permissible to delay them or combine them without a valid excuse. Even if there is a need sometimes, it should not become a habit. The absence of a prayer room at work does not permit delaying the prayer, as it can be performed in any clean place.
