The answer

A working woman is obligated to pray when the time for prayer begins. It is not permissible for her to combine prayers, either by offering them early (taqdim) or delaying them (ta'khir), except for a legitimate Shar'i excuse. This is because the place where a woman prays is not required to be secluded or designated specifically for prayer; rather, it is required to be pure. This is based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The earth has been made for me a place of prayer and a means of purification. So, any man of my Ummah whom the time for prayer overtakes, let him pray."
