The answer

If the reason for not praying on time is the unavailability of water for ablution, the questioner should search for it in nearby, easily accessible places. If she does not find it or if searching for it is difficult, she must perform tayammum and not delay the prayer beyond its prescribed time. If the inability to pray on time is due to another reason, she should seek another job that allows her to observe the prayers. If she is unable to do so, or if she needs the job and would be harmed by leaving it, some scholars have permitted combining prayers (Dhuhr and Asr, Maghrib and Isha) for this excuse. She must also make up the Dhuhr prayer that she offered shortened.
