And is my money lawful or unlawful, given that I cannot find any other work?

It is not permissible to remain in the aforementioned work due to the impermissibility of being present in a place of sin or assisting in it. The salary in exchange for permissible benefit is lawful, but one must leave the work due to the impermissibility of witnessing evil, while repenting to Allah, leaving the job, seeking another, and refraining from the forbidden masturbation.
