The answer

The meaning of "bibaklah" (with her buckle) is unclear. As for styling hair on top of the head (the bun), Sheikh Ibn 'Uthaymeen was asked about it and replied that gathering hair on top of the head like a camel's hump is religiously dispraised, based on the : "Two types of people from the inhabitants of Hellfire..." which includes: "women who are clothed yet naked, inclining [to evil] and inclined [away from righteousness], their heads like the tilted humps of camels." Therefore, it is not permissible to tie the hair on top of the head. However, if the hair is gathered at the back, there is no harm, because it is not a condition for the wiping (mas'h) to reach the scalp; rather, wiping over the surface of the hair is sufficient.
