What is the ruling on supplying chemical materials to companies that produce permissible products but do not observe environmental laws?

Environmental laws and similar public interests must be adhered to and the ruler obeyed in them, outwardly and inwardly, because the Imam's conduct regarding the subjects is bound by public interest. It is not permissible to assist anyone who transgresses these laws.
