Is it permissible to believe in a Chinese prophet who claims to have a miraculous scientific book, and whose religion is logical?

A Muslim believes that the messages of prophethood concluded with Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, and that anyone who claims prophethood after him is a liar and a disbeliever, based on Allah's saying: (but [he is] the Messenger of Allah and seal of the prophets), and based on his (peace be upon him) sayings: "I am the seal of the prophets," and "I have been sent to all creation, and the prophets have been sealed with me."

The non-Muslim who follows falsehood is not characterized by numbers, rather, truth and falsehood are distinguished by evidence and proof. The Qur'an mentions in several places that most people do not believe and follow misguidance, as in His (the Almighty) saying: (And if you obey most of those on earth, they will mislead you from the way of Allah).

The claim of a false claimant to prophethood that he brings a miraculous book is incorrect. The Noble Qur'an is the eternal miracle, and it contains various types of guidance and miraculousness in its wording, style, meaning, legislation, news, impact, and guidance. Had it been from other than Allah, they would have found in it much discrepancy, as He (the Almighty) said: (Do they not then contemplate the Qur'an? And if it had been from [other than] Allah, they would have found within it much inconsistency.)
