Is it permissible to dedicate the reward of the morning and evening adhkar to a deceased father, and is a father's wish to dig a water well considered a mandatory will to be executed?

There is no objection to dedicating the reward of dhikr (remembrance of Allah) to a deceased father. The preponderant opinion is that the reward of bodily acts of worship, such as recitation (of Qur'an), prayer, and fasting, may be dedicated to the deceased. Any act of proximity (to Allah) that a person performs and dedicates its reward to the deceased will benefit them, Allah willing. If an endowment (waqf) is established for the father, it is an act of filial piety towards him, and its reward will reach him. The best form of charity for the deceased is providing water. Among the types of ongoing charity (sadaqa jariya) is establishing an endowment whose proceeds are spent on teaching the Qur'an and Islamic sciences, or building mosques.
