Does the difference of abode prevent inheritance between two Muslim brothers if one is in an Islamic country and the other is in a disbelieving country?

The agreed-upon impediments to inheritance are slavery, murder, and difference of religion. As for difference of domicile, it is a disputed impediment. The majority of scholars do not consider it an impediment, while the Hanafis view it as an impediment among non-Muslims, but not among Muslims. Accordingly, Muslims inherit from each other regardless of the difference in their domiciles.
