You have done well in spending your money on your father and siblings, and you will be rewarded for it. What you spent voluntarily cannot be taken back, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The one who takes back his gift is like a dog that returns to its vomit." However, if you spent it with the intention of getting it back, then you have the right to reclaim it if you can prove that with evidence. Honoring one's father is obligatory even if he is not just, and the saying that a son and his wealth belong to his father does not permit the father to dispose of his son's wealth without limits. Accordingly, you can demand the money you paid to your father if you can prove that you gave it to him with the intention of not donating it.
