What are the recommended books in the fields of: Introduction to the Study of the Qur'an, Exegesis (Tafsir), Introduction to the Study of Hadith, and the Science of Hadith Terminology (Mustalah al-Hadith)?

To seek sacred knowledge, one is advised to adhere to the Qur’an and Sunnah according to the understanding of the righteous predecessors (Salaf al-Salih). For studying the Qur’an and its exegesis (tafsir), books such as Ibn Taymiyyah's "Muqaddimah fi Usul al-Tafsir" (An Introduction to the Principles of Exegesis), "Tafsir Ibn Kathir," and "Adwa' al-Bayan" are recommended. As for the science of Tajwid (Qur’anic recitation) and Qira’at (recitations), there is no way to acquire them except through scholars (shaykhs). For the sciences of Hadith, books such as Ibn Kathir's "Ikhtisar Ulum al-Hadith" (Abridgment of the Hadith Sciences) and Al-Suyuti's "Tadrib al-Rawi" (Training the Hadith Narrator) are recommended, and for Hadith commentaries, Al-Shawkani's "Nayl al-Awtar" and Ibn Hajar's "Fath al-Bari." Emphasis is placed on the importance of receiving knowledge directly from scholars (talaqqi ‘an al-mashayikh) to enter into knowledge, looking into the introductions of authored books, and learning knowledge at the hands of Sunni scholars and from their works, especially in matters of creed (aqidah), and benefiting from the guidance of scholars according to what suits each student of knowledge.
