What is the ruling on buying and selling expired goods (such as cosmetics and shampoo) and trading in them, and selling them to consumers who are unaware of their expiration, given that stores buy them at a very low price and sell them at prices lower than usual? And is this trade halal or haram?

Selling expired products to those who will deceive consumers with them is not permissible, because it is deception and cooperation in sin and aggression. Allah the Almighty said: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever deceives us is not of us."
