I was menstruating before the Day of Arafat and felt pain on Eid. I did not go out for Eid greetings except to my grandmother's house. I ask: Is it obligatory for me to go out to greet my paternal aunts and maternal aunts?

All praise is due to Allah. You are not obligated to visit your relatives such as paternal aunts and maternal aunts. Kinship can be maintained through phone calls and other means, as visiting is not the only way to uphold kinship ties. Rather, it is achieved by anything that is customarily considered a connection.
