Is it permissible to play the game "Assassin's Creed" if the third part of it is free from the mentioned prohibitions, and does one apostatize by playing it?

The Hashashin (Assassins) were an Ismaili sect that split from the Fatimids, characterized by their professional use of assassination for political and religious goals. They still have followers to this day. Playing a game that involves attributing creation to other than Allah, or ideas such as transmigration of souls (reincarnation) and promiscuity, is forbidden. However, it does not amount to disbelief (kufr) unless the player assents to what is in it and is pleased with it. As for the third part of the game, if it is separate and free from these objectionable elements, then there is no objection to playing it, though it is preferable to avoid doubtful matters.
