Does a divorce that a husband made contingent on childbirth take effect if he said, "I will divorce her after she gives birth," and she then gave birth?

If the third divorce pronouncement is contingent on a condition that has not been met, then the divorce does not take place. As for the statement "I divorce her" in the present tense, divorce does not occur by it. The spouses are advised to fear Allah and maintain the stability of their family, and the husband should avoid making divorce a means to solve problems, especially when there are children involved.
