ما معنى "حديث غير محفوظ وهو حديث مرسل"؟

Mursal (discontinuous hadith): A hadith in whose chain of narration a Companion is missing. It is a type of weak hadith.

Mawquf (stopped hadith): What is narrated from the Companions, whether their sayings or actions, without being attributed to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. It can be sound (sahih), good (hasan), or weak (da'if).

Marfu' (elevated hadith): What is attributed to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, whether it be a saying, an action, or a description. It can be sound (sahih), good (hasan), or weak (da'if).
