What is the share of each heir from the aforementioned inheritance for males: (five sons, nine grandsons, four full brothers), and females: (one wife, four daughters, ten granddaughters)?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, then the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a lineal descendant, as Allah the Almighty says: (But if you have a child, then for them is one-eighth of what you leave). The remainder goes to the direct children by ta‘sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah the Almighty says: (Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females). Nothing goes to the grandchildren or siblings due to the presence of direct children, who exclude them from inheritance completely. Note that matters of inheritance are serious and complex, and a mere fatwa is insufficient. Rather, it must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation and to ensure there are no wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
