How can the number of Houris in Paradise be increased, and are there specific deeds or invocations considered to be their dowry, and is it possible to specify certain desired characteristics for the Houris in Paradise?

Every believer who enters Paradise will be married to the Houris (fair, black-eyed virgins of Paradise). There are also texts that mention specific deeds rewarded with marriage to them, such as martyrdom and suppressing anger. A Muslim should direct their efforts towards entering Paradise and attaining a high rank therein by increasing good deeds and supplicating to Allah to grant them the highest stations in Paradise, for the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "If you ask Allah, ask for Al-Firdaws, for it is the middle of Paradise and the highest part of Paradise."
