Why did Allah make Houris (female companions) in Paradise and not male Houris?

Allah created the Houris (wide-eyed, beautiful women of Paradise) in addition to the women of this world to be wives for the men of Paradise. This is a testament to the perfection of Allah's grace and blessings. A man in Paradise can have relations with more than one woman, whereas every woman will have a husband with whom she enjoys, and this husband will be in the best form and most beautiful appearance. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The people of Paradise will enter Paradise hairless, beardless, white, curly-haired, and with kohl-lined eyes, like thirty-three-year-olds, in the form of Adam, sixty cubits tall and seven cubits wide."
