Is the name "Aliza Aslam" a suitable Islamic name for a girl, and what does it mean?

The name "Aliza" is a foreign name and it is disliked to name someone with it because it is among the names of non-Muslims. Adding "Aslam" to it does not remove this disliking. As for foreign names that originated from and are specific to disbelievers, they are disliked. If the name "Aliza" has a good meaning in its language and is not exclusive to non-Muslims, then there is no harm in naming with it. However, it is preferable to name children with good Muslim names. Naming with "Aslam" or "Muhammad Aslam" is permissible.
