When will the ease that Allah promised in Surat At-Talaq come, with hardship persisting and relief being delayed despite supplication and reliance on Allah? Is death the awaited relief for intractable financial problems?

Allah Almighty does not break His promise and answers prayers. The forms of answering are varied: either by granting what was asked, or by averting an equivalent evil, or by storing it for the Hereafter. There are impediments to the answering of prayers, including doubt in the answer, heedlessness, hastiness, and abandoning supplication. Awaiting relief is a great act of worship that includes patience, seeking reward, and having a good opinion of Allah.
