How is the inheritance divided among the wife, the four daughters, the full brother, and the four full sisters, taking into account that the deceased has an inheritance from his deceased father?

If a person dies and has an inheritance from his father that he has not yet received, his share enters his estate and passes to his heirs. If the heirs are a wife, daughters, and full siblings, the wife receives one-eighth due to the existence of a lineal descendant, as Allah states: "But if you have a child, then for them is one eighth of what you leave." The daughters receive two-thirds, as Allah states: "But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of what he left." The remaining portion goes to the full siblings by ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah states: "And if there are brothers and sisters, then for the male is the share of two females." In this case, the estate is divided into 144 shares: 18 for the wife, 96 for the daughters (24 for each), 10 for the full brother, and 5 for each full sister. Inheritance matters should be brought before the Sharia courts for investigation due to the existence of other rights that take precedence over the heirs.
