The wife must ascertain before accusing her husband of injustice. For a husband to prevent his wife from going out, visiting friends, or meeting strangers is not injustice; rather, it is his right. Injustice occurs when he assaults her with insults, beating, or abandonment without cause, or withholds her rights such as maintenance and housing. She has the right to seek divorce if injustice is confirmed, but it is recommended to be patient and attempt to reform and advise the husband. As for the husband's lying, she should advise him gently and remind him of the prohibition of lying.
