Is it permissible for Muhammad to marry Farah, who fled her husband's mistreatment and has not been divorced by him, knowing that she is forced into prostitution and Muhammad wants to save her by marrying her?

This man is not permitted to marry this woman who is already married until her husband divorces her or the judge annuls her marriage, due to Allah's saying: "And [also forbidden are] all married women" (An-Nisa: 24). The fact that this marriage is a way to free her does not make her marriage permissible.

Efforts must be made to free her from oppression and injustice, and the matter should be brought before the responsible authorities. It is forbidden for her to abandon prayer. Similarly, it is not permissible for her father or husband to kill her.
