Is what crossed my mind—that the perfection referred to is human perfection and not absolute perfection—also considered a form of waswasah?

This thought is from the whispers (waswas) and their remnants. Seek refuge in Allah from their evil. As long as you love Allah and His Messenger, and believe that absolute perfection belongs to Allah alone, and that prophets and messengers possess the human perfection befitting them, and that infallibility is established for them, then you are upon the covenant of Islam. These whispers are a satanic plot and his manipulation of you to cast you into anxiety and sorrow. So, seek refuge in Allah from his plot and evil, and increase your remembrance of Allah and your supplications to Him to protect you from his schemes. Then, turn away from these whispers, for this is their cure.
