What is the share of each individual heir from the estate of a woman who passed away, leaving behind a husband, 3 sons, and 4 daughters, and an estate valued at 500,000 dinars?

If the heirs are limited to the husband, three sons, and four daughters, and the deceased left no other heirs, then the husband receives one-fourth due to the existence of a inheriting offspring, based on the Almighty's saying: "But if they have a child, then for you is one fourth of what they leave, after any bequest they [may have] made or debt." The remainder goes to the sons and daughters by way of ta'sib (residuary inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." There is no difference whether the sons and daughters are adults or minors. The inheritance is divided into forty shares: the husband receives ten shares, each son receives six shares, and each daughter receives three shares.

It must be noted that matters of inheritance are serious and must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation and consideration of wills, debts, and other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs, to ensure the interests of all.
