I suffer from stomach sorcery that causes severe pain in my body, and the pain increases during prayer, which prevents me from being devout and focused. I fear that my prayers will not be accepted and that Allah will be angry with me. So, how can I be devout in my prayers and acts of worship?

Praise be to Allah, and prayers and peace be upon the Messenger of Allah. We ask Allah for a swift recovery for you. Your prayer is valid even with a lack of khushu' (devotion/humility), as long as you perform it with its pillars and conditions. Khushu' is not a pillar according to the majority of scholars. The distress and hardship you experience are from Satan, so be mindful of that.
