Is being annoyed by the closure of a shop at prayer time considered an objection to or dislike of prayer?

We advise you to turn away from obsessive thoughts (waswas) and to be content with what Allah has decreed. There is no blame upon you for expressing annoyance when the place was closed, for the natural aversion to something uncongenial is innate. There is no harm in feeling sadness and distress over something that does not suit one's disposition, as long as it is not accompanied by discontent with divine decree or an objection to Allah's judgment. Perfection lies in patience, submission, and contentment.
