What is the ruling on gathering, preparing food, and chanting arias on the last night of Sha'ban?

We believe that celebrating it is closer to innovation (bid'ah) and prohibition than to permissibility, because it is taken as an Eid (festival). If it happened only once, there would be no harm. Therefore, we forbid it.
