Do half-siblings inherit from their deceased brother who has no heirs other than siblings?

Brothers from the father's side are excluded by the full brother; they do not inherit anything with him. Inheritance issues must be presented to the Sharia courts for verification and to ascertain all heirs, wills, and debts, as these take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
