Does the brother from the father inherit with full brothers, and what is the share of each heir?
The half-brother (from the father's side) does not inherit when there are full brothers, as the full brothers exclude him completely due to their stronger kinship with the deceased, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them, and what remains is for the closest male heir." If a person dies leaving two full brothers and three full sisters and no other heirs, their entire estate goes to them, with the male receiving the share of two females. The inheritance is divided into seven shares (two shares for each brother and one share for each sister). Matters of inheritance are complex and sensitive, and a mere is insufficient. Rather, the case must be brought before the courts for investigation and consideration of the presence of other heirs, wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
