Is it permissible to give the expiation for an oath, which is feeding ten needy persons (equivalent to 25 kilograms of rice), to one person or two persons?

The expiation for an oath is feeding ten poor persons, or clothing them, or emancipating a slave. If one cannot find these, then fasting for three days. The majority of scholars hold that it is not permissible to give the expiation to fewer than ten poor persons. However, if one cannot find ten poor persons, then one should repeat giving to those who are available until the number of ten is complete, and this is the preponderant opinion. It is not permissible to give the monetary value of the food or clothing instead of them. The type and quantity of food should be determined by custom. Scholars differed regarding the continuity of the three days of fasting, and the preponderant opinion is that continuity is obligatory.

And Allah knows best.
