Is it permissible to eat the meat of an animal stunned by a Christian, then hung upside down, and slaughtered by a Muslim?

The criterion for the permissibility of eating a slaughtered animal is the act of slaughtering it before its death. So, if a friend reaches it and slaughters it before it dies from electrocution, then it is permissible to eat it, based on the Almighty's saying: "except that which you [yourselves] slaughter." However, if it dies before slaughtering, it is not lawful. And if there is doubt as to whether it was reached alive, then it is not permissible to eat it.
