Is it permissible to sell a house in exchange for obtaining an interest-based loan as compensation from the Trust?

It is advisable not to sell the house to another person to spare him from falling into usury. The land should only be accepted as compensation, and it is impermissible to take an interest-bearing loan except in cases of extreme necessity that prevent dwelling in the open or enduring unbearable hardship. In such instances, only the necessary amount may be taken.
