What is the authenticity of the narration about the elderly woman and her martyred son in the Battle of Uhud, and her saying, "Blessed are you, my son, with Paradise," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) reply, "And what makes you know? Perhaps he was speaking of that which did not concern him"? And is it attributed to the Prophet (peace be upon him) or is it fabricated?

The Hadith was narrated by Abu Ya'la, Ibn Abi Al-Dunya, and Al-Tahawi. Its chain of narration was deemed weak by Al-Iraqi and Al-Albani, who said about it: "Its chain of narration is weak, and its text is denounced (munkar)." It should not be attributed to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, except with an explanation of its weakness, but it cannot be said to be fabricated.
