Is it permissible to pray Fajr on Friday with only a part of Surat As-Sajdah and Surat Al-Insan, out of consideration for the elderly?

Observing the condition of the congregants is a legitimate matter, so the Imam should not prolong the prayer if he knows there is a weak or sick person among them. As for reciting part of Surat As-Sajdah and part of Surat Al-Insan in the dawn prayer on Friday, this is contrary to the Sunnah; for the Sunnah is to recite them in their entirety. The scholars have clarified that doing so is out of ignorance, and either the Imam should perform the Sunnah correctly, or recite what is easy for him from the Quran.
