She is advised to ignore and disregard them, and to continue with her acts of worship such as prayer, ablution, and recitation, without interrupting them due to doubts about purity. Her feeling that her acts of worship are not accepted is from the whisperings of Satan, and she must repel this by having a good opinion of Allah and sincere repentance from sins, for Allah accepts repentance from His servants.
