Is it permissible to change the wording of the Qur’anic verse found in the Almighty’s saying: "And when the Qur’an is recited, then listen to it and pay attention" to: "When this Qur’an is recited, pay attention" with the intention of conveying the meaning? And is it permissible to say: "Recite your Qur’an," and "Review your Qur’an"?

There is no harm in a poet versifying a Qur'anic meaning, provided he does not say, "Allah Almighty said." This is considered a permissible quotation for a valid purpose and is not deemed a distortion of the Qur'an, as long as the speaker does not claim it to be from the speech of Allah.

However, attributing a phrase to Allah and explicitly stating, "Allah said in His Book," makes it impermissible to deviate from the Qur'anic wording, because narration by meaning is not allowed, and this goes beyond permissible quotation.

There is no harm in saying "recite your Qur'an" or "review your Qur'an," because the intent is what the person reads or memorizes. It is permissible to attribute the Book to those upon whom it was revealed, such as saying "our Book" or "our Qur'an."
