What is the solution for a husband who abuses his wife, deprives her of her legitimate rights, watches pornography, with children present, and the wife believes that divorce is not a solution?

The wife is advised to speak with her husband and counsel him regarding his viewing of pornographic films, reminding him of Allah, His punishment, and his responsibility towards his family. She should seek assistance from people of knowledge and righteousness, or relatives and friends, if he does not respond. She can also play sermons for him and offer Islamic booklets. If this does not work, the matter should be referred to two arbitrators from their families. If reconciliation is not achieved, she can offer him to marry another woman while she remains with him, on the condition that he abandons his sins and provides for her, citing the Quran and Sunnah. In the event that she cannot endure or be patient, divorce remains a last resort, after ensuring that the disadvantages of staying outweigh those of separation. In all cases, one must turn to Allah and seek His help.
