Is it permissible for a woman to seek divorce from her righteous husband after discovering his viewing of pornographic websites, then refuse intimacy with him, accuse him of perversion, and abuse him to force him into divorce, knowing that both his family and hers refuse this and he is patient with her? And is his patience considered weakness or a perfection of his character?

A wife is not permitted to seek divorce merely because her husband views pornographic websites, especially if he has repented. However, if the wife dislikes her husband and fears she may not fulfill Allah’s rights regarding her obedience to him, she may seek Khul’ (divorce at the wife’s instance) in exchange for compensation, and it is commendable for the husband to accept. Accusing her husband of sexual deviancy without proof is considered slander, and her refusal to share his bed constitutes Nushooz (marital disobedience). A husband's patience with his wife, hoping for her reform, is not a weakness. However, if the wife persists in her error and attempts at reconciliation fail, the husband is permitted to divorce her. It has been reported that there are three types of people whose supplications are not answered, and among them is a man who had a wife with a bad character but did not divorce her.
