Is the rational judgment correct that Khalid ibn al-Walid is in Paradise because he is "a Sword from the Swords of Allah," and is this used as evidence for the impossibility of his entering Hellfire?

The description of Khalid ibn al-Walid as a sword among the swords of Allah is a great virtue for him, meaning that he is like a sword in his swiftness to carry out Allah's commands, or that he is a sword unsheathed by Allah against the polytheists. Khalid strived for the sake of Allah and performed admirably, defeating the apostates at his hands, and through his leadership, Allah granted the Muslims victory in conquering great cities. His virtues are well-known and continuous. All of this gives hope that he will be granted Paradise. Allah has promised all the Companions Paradise, and some scholars have definitively stated that everyone who accompanied the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, with sincere intention, is among the people of Paradise, even if those who embraced Islam before the Conquest (of Mecca) hold a higher rank.
