If a man dies leaving behind only a wife and full brothers' sons, and no other heirs, his wife receives one-fourth as her prescribed share, based on the Almighty's saying: "But if you have no child, then for them is one fourth of what you leave." What remains after the wife's share is divided equally among the living male sons of his full brothers. Those who died before him do not inherit. It is recommended for the heirs to provide a share from the inheritance to the deceased's non-inheriting relatives.
