Do the three grandsons and a full sister inherit, given that the deceased has four daughters?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, the four daughters receive two-thirds, and the grandsons (sons of the son) receive the remainder, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the Fara'id (prescribed shares) to those who are entitled to them; then whatever remains is for the closest male relative." The full sister inherits nothing, as she is excluded by the male lineal descendant. The estate is divided into 18 shares: each daughter receives 3 shares, and each grandson receives 2 shares.
