What is the share of each heir among (3 daughters) and (7 full paternal nephews)?

If the deceased leaves behind only daughters and sons of a full brother, then the daughters receive two-thirds as their prescribed share, based on the Almighty's saying: "But if there are [only] daughters, two or more, for them is two thirds of what he left." The remainder goes to the sons of the full brother by way of asabah (agnatic succession), to be divided equally among them, according to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them, and what remains is for the closest male relative." The inheritance is to be divided into 63 shares: 42 shares for the daughters (14 for each), and 3 shares for each son of the full brother. The enquirer should be aware that matters of inheritance are serious and complex, and a mere fatwa is not sufficient. Rather, the matter must be referred to the Sharia courts to verify the absence of wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the heirs' entitlement.
