Is it permissible to bring a non-Muslim driver to serve a Muslim in his home if the driver's room is outside the house?

A Muslim is permitted to employ a non-Muslim for tasks such as driving, provided that this does not lead to a transgression of the Sharia's regulations. However, it is preferable not to hire a non-Muslim unless a competent Muslim is unavailable, out of consideration for the circumstances of Muslims, such as unemployment and poverty, and because a Muslim is more likely to avoid forbidden acts.
